About the Inspection Report

A comprehensive, detailed, and easy to read report is provided at the conclusion of the inspection along with 2 copies. It can also be emailed for ease in sharing with agents, contractors or anyone else you want to consult with.

Illustrations with descriptions are included and correspond with the report. they provide valuable information on how each property component is generally constructed, what conditions should and could exist, and what elements are considered in the inspection process.

Also included is "Basic Home Systems, How to Operate Your Home", a reference booklet written by "Mr. Fix-It", Tom Feiza. It is a guide including over 100 drawings and simple explanations that describe the operation of the structural, electrical and mechanical systems to assist in the ongoing maintenance of a home.

Clients and agents are encouraged to attend the inspection and a consultation is provided to discuss and show the findings, answer questions and review the report on site. Telephone consultations are also available.

Escrow Billing is available. We will forward our invoice to the Title Company to be paid with closing costs at the close of escrow.
